I refuse to do shopping at this store the staff are rude and never greet you. Very bad and unhappy faces poor service. The front desk lady I have never seen her smiling and she never greet you properly she is rude. I took clothing back because of size exchange the person at Pick n Pay clothing store was very friendly but I could not exchange the clothes with him had to walk to the main store due to the bar codes of the clothing they did not have a size large in those same shirts thus had to exchange for money refund and then had to go back again to pay for a bigger size shirt in a different colour or bar code, which also does not make sense to me at all. Please Pick n Pay do something about your service and to shorten processes as on the East Rand Pick n Pay Malls you can just swop the shirts for the same price value. And do something about your customer friendliness it is very important. I only shop now with Checkers Mokopane as the till ladies greets you and ask you how you are and much more friendly than Pick n Pay. You can learn from them. Also the coding of pricing of goods are wrong and a customer are forced to do returns. I hope to see friendly faces in the future!
