I have bought a pair of scissors at Fiona's in Randburg during middle February 2013, and when I got home, I have discovered the pair of scissors could not cut. A few weeks later I have returned with the pair of scissors to exchange for a workable one and owner has refused to exchange thepair of scissors.
Fionas in my opininion operate contrary to the acceptable laws of buying and selling. When a service provider sells a defective product to a client, it must be replaced.
