I just sent my child to get us some salad dressing as we cant afford meat as I was retrenched months ago. We always support them for the last 5 years. he got the wrong salad dressing as I cant eat those and I sent him back to exchange for the correct sort sealed and with the slip in 20min. we hardly have money for fuel and the manager refuse to exchange it and was very nasty with my child saying we made the choice we must live with it and slam the door!!! I find this very very rude and we will never support Pic a pay ever again not us or our family . we will put this on twitter and facebook as this man does not belong in Pick a Pay as manager at all. I am also gone complain at the consumers form against this rude man. he can be glad I was not there myself he would have been sorry, because of him we eat salad tonight.
