PQ Clothing Randfontein RUDE POOR SERVICE

I took my mother shopping at PQ Clothing at Princess Crossing since we were in the area. My mother in general does not fit clothes as she feels extremely uncomfortable with it due to a prior incident. Some clothes did not fit as since she is from Randfontein went to exchange some of the clothes at the Randfontein store (because you are allowed to do so with chain stores). The manager started screaming and commenting rudely that my mother did not shop at her shop thus she is unwilling to exchange the goods. She eventually agreed to exchange some of the goods, but by throwing and grabbing the clothes from my mother while continuing with her rude comments. I will never support PQ again, doesn't matter which store it is. The owner/manager or whoever she thinks she is does not know how to treat her customers and are also not aware of her chain's company policies on how to treat customers and exchanging goods.
