Still no feedback!!!

My fiances GHD gave in on wed 13th March and it is still under the 2 year waranty and we do have the valid receipt. We then called the 086 customer care line number and spoke to Candice. She advised us to fax the receipt, serial number and a contact number, which we done on the 14th March just after 2pm. We still havent heared back from anyone. There has been no further contact from GHD.
There was time to contact us on thurs, fri and even today.
This is highly disappointing as GHD reps itself with "excellent" customer service.

I do rely on my GHD so i would appreciate it being replaced or repaired as soon as possible
Some sort of acknowledgement with a reply or a call will be greatly appreciated.
