Inappropriate Customer Service

I have to pay my electricity account by Monday, 18th March 2013 and I can't pay the whole but only part. I went to their office to make an arrangement to pay R500 and pay the balance on 25th March 2013 when I get paid. I spoke to Raymond and explained to him that I don't have R1200 to pay before they disconnect and would like to make arrangements as indicated above. He told me that he will only accept 60% which is R745. which I told him that I will not have. My father was buried on Saturday, 9th March 2013 after he was bed ridden for some time. I tried to plead with him in vain. I then requested to speak to Sonia and I was told she has left for the day. I requested to speak to Phillip Bye and he refused to hear my side because he was already briefed. Please help 'cause I have little kids and I can't afford to pay an extra R500 disconnection fee.
