I am paying electricity account to them and they have been overcharging me for quite a while and when i ask questions they tell me that i must pay and then make arrangements for the remaining amount. July i paid R1200, this month my bill came as R1 955. i queried this and they said they will investingate i must pay 60% of what i'm owing then come for arrangement. on the 15th i paid R1270, and switch off my electricity, i emailed them and they switched it back, on the 16th i went for arrangements as they never come back to me with the investigation. so the arramgements came to R799 wich i have to pay R271 per month, Now on Moday the 26th i receivee a statement from them saying i owe R2700.00 before 31 August. i email Annatjie and asked her to explain and she said i must pay R1 060 and make arrangements. Really?
And i can tell you the arrangement guy Raymond is so rude he can't even explain where the figures are coming from. What is sad for me is that i live alone, and am not in the flat most of the time.
Please help me before they cut of my electricity again
