I emailed and contacted sandton carpet carpet cleaners and made a booking. i spoke to Brent the morning that i made the booking and he said that he will come through at 4 pm on thursday. i then called him around 14:59 and he then tells me that he doesn't remember having a booking with me when i remind him i called at 09:25, he suddenly remembers. he told me his email was down but later asks me to email him my address. at that stage alarm bells should have gone off. at 15:18, i call him again to confirm if he is still coming through and is rather confused at who he is speaking to and tell me he will come around at 16:10. at 16:36 i call him to find out how far he is and he says to me that he has sent his boys home and cannot make it!!! i planned my whole afternoon around this guy and he lets me down at the last minute-completely unprofessional and appalling. service delivery with sandton carpet cleanets!!!
