I PHONED 4HOURS STRAIGHT WASTED MOTE THEN 200 RANDS OF AIRTIME TO CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENS I HAVE RECEIVED OTHER NUMBERS NO RESPONSE ALL YOU HEAR IS THIS :
