My name is andrew and i am the director of an international franchise which has 65 branches in south africa. we have recently expanded once again and there was a need to utilize the services of a telecoms company supplying pabx solutions. my PA had earmarked this company but she was off ill so i decided to make the call. i dialled the tel that is advertised and a lady with a strong coloured accent answered. i asked to speak to someone who was listed by my PA as the liaison and she rudely told me that that person no longer works there then cut the ended the call whilst i was still speaking. puzzled i phoned back, this time before i could say anything she said that she is busy, they are not telkom and cut the call once again. left irrate, i phoned again and this time when she heard me speak she cut the call yet again. this happened several times thereafter. i found this by far, in all my years of interacting with the business world, the most rudely, obnoxious and inappropriate conduct ever witnessed albeit from a receptionist! i can almost guarantee that this company will lose alot of potential clients due to this uneducated womans idiotical behaviou
