Pathetic Service Delivery in the Telecoms Industry

We, the Company, have accepted a proposal from Malikha Business Solutions to install, manage and service infrastructure for our Company 8 months ago. After the installation, we have been signed on with an ISP provider called 1DotCom. We currently have no issues with 1DotCom as they provide great service. Continuously we have been experiencing problems with the installation provided by Malikha Business Solutions, resulting in the Telecoms lines been down for 2 - 3 days at a time, therefore we have not been able to generate any sales or get in contact with the person responsible. Blame has been shifted from 1 Company to another and this is The Most Pathetic and Intolerable Service from Malikha Business Solutions. We have been down from Monday, 4th February 2013 and since have not had any contact from Rodney Chetty. We are currently sourcing a new ISP and will be holding Malikha Business Solutions responsible for all loss incurred.
We do not recommend Malikha Business Solutions to do any business with any Corporate in South Africa.
