I just want to raise an awareness on this company called Bytes Smart Solutions. Nelly Mkhise is claiming to be the Marketing executive of this company and what I found to be doggy with this company is that I requested my refund for the Franchise that I cancelled with Nelly Mkhise who promised me that the Managing Director by name of Desmond Ntuli agreed to refund me and this happened on Thursday, 9th January 15 and till now nothing. when I spoke to her over the phone asking to speak to Desmond Ntuli I was told the company Policy does not allow the MD to talk to the public. My worry is that if you have a problem with the company and the Manager of the company is prohibited from talking to the public, what in is this type of the company. I AM ASKING ANYONE WHO HAS INVESTED MONEY IN THIS COMPANY TO CALL ME MAYBE I CAN GET BETTER UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
