I dropped out of pc training in March this year due to financial reasons and I did notice them but they told me that I could not leave as I had been there for over 21 days. I cannot afford to stay in pc training and I no longer live near the school but they fail to understand that. Pc training still sends me monthly bills and they said if I don't pay for the rest of this year I will be blacklisted. Why am I being forced to study at pc training or pay for the whole year while I cannot afford to do so?
