Unfair treatment of netcare edecation students

I am a netcare student, and I'm not happy with the way they treat us their students. I'm complaining because they did not give us the same study material whereas we paid the same tuition fee, they gave the january intake samsung galaxies whereas they gave us ZTE tabs and when we ask them they say its not their fault but nashuas fault, so I fail to understand where do we fit in, in their faults because we paid the same amount, so we must be treated fairly and equal.
