Training it self- Trainers late, and when they say they are on their way they not.
WE pay over R 1000 for Traveling expenses and then the trainers use Taxi's- Why did we pay the travel expenses.
First aid training- No props- No even a bandage or a doll to practice first aid or CPR on.
Firefighting- no fire extinguishers- and then they say we should have ask.
No where in there terms of conditions did they state that we should request it- I would think when we ask for firefighting training it will include all the relavant traning.
When we ask for our invoicing it is not forthcoming- we have to sent and phone them more than 10 times to get it done.
Training is booked for 3 days and then they only hear a few hours every day- how does that come to a day training.
Will never use them again- Cheap training is not worth someones life that can be saved if the traing was done in a professional manner.
Jeg Training have no passion for what they doing and do not see the value of the service that they could have provided.
Overall a bad experience and service and will never use them again
