Not Delivering As per Contract and no Refund

I joined the Company SA ARLAUB after seeing their Add. I had to pay R 6000.00 in advance for training at a Guest house on a Saturday 17 November 2012. They could not supply me with any training manuals (apparently the printer was at fault) and there was no training. The training was suppose to start at 11H00 then 12 H00 (she was late and I had to pick her up because she had a Transport problem). At the guest house I was briefed on what the company do, and we left at 16H00 because she could not continue with the training and had to attend to a private party that night. The training for the following day was cancelled due to the manuals. She said I could sleep over at the guest house, but I was the only person there with no doors that lock, so I went home. She said that she would deliver the manuals on Monday to me, which did not happen, then on Tuesday when I still did not receive anything (lot of excuses from her) I notify her that I am no longer interested in the position. She refuse to pay me my R 6000 because, she had 30 Days to pay it back. The money is still outstanding and she does not respond on any of my mails or calls, and I think this is a.
