Training arrange with Nosa for working at heights, full amount paid to them for training for twenty people, as we are a large company working shifts, medicals was not finalise as training commence, the trainer said that this will not be a problem as the practical will only be one hour and that we must only pay for his travelling, very nasty lady from Nosa wants to charge us the full amount again because we did not finish the one hour practical, as we do lot of training with Nosa, I think someone could have assisted us in this regard, as we have training sheduled for year end I will have to seek alternative training centre because of GREEDY attitude from Nosa Centurion, never experience such customer service
