I made a booking for a brow and lip wax at woodmead Placecol on Friday for the Saturday! I also wanted a facial but was told there was no space for such, after which being told that I could choose anytime in the morning for the wax!! When I arrived for the appointment I was told to take a seat. When it came to going through for my wax I was told that they couldn't do my brow wax because the girl I was booked with was not qualified to do it an the one who was was busy with another appointment. I was told that the girl who did my booking was new and did not know. I am very upset about this as I should have been called earlier the morning to sort this out or I should've been told as soon as I arrived! Also why is the receptionist not trained properly before starting on the job or at least told which therapist does which treatment! This is not the first time I have had problems with this place. Very unhappy and I doubt I will go back!
