The first instance I called to have an acrylic nail fill with Queen - I was told that it was her long weekend off but that I could make an appointment for the Tuesday at 5.30p.m. The receptionist took down my details and said that someone would call me back to confirm that day (Saturday afternoon). After having no call-back, I phoned to confirm my appointment and was told that it was impossible to accommodate me as Queen was only working until 4.00p.m the whole week. I made another appointment there and then for Saturday morning at 8.00a.m for an acrylic nail fill as well as a pedicure. The appointment was repeated and confirmed.
I arrived at 8.00a.m to be told that there was no booking for me! I am absolutely livid. I run a business and had organised for someone to stand in for me for the first two hours of my Saturday morning courses. Nicole phoned to apologise at 9.00a.m - just not good enough!
