About a month ago I called in to make a booking to cut my hair. I arrived on time and the person to cut my hair, Toto, was not there. I was then told that he was not there because the incompetent, Jamie, had not booked my appointment for the correct date. I was very upset but figured that its a mistake and was told that it would not happen again. Yesterday (4 May 2013), I placed a booking for (5 May 2013 at 10:00). I arrived exactly on time and had my hair washed. Thereafter I was told that Toto would only be arriving in 30 minutes. My appointment again, made my the incompetent Jamie. Why was I not told about this 30 minutes before my appointment?
Why would anyone treat their customers like this?
