I had purchased a privelage card from a marketing guy at the mall, but when i had made a booking firstly the receptionist was very rude and staff unfriendly. they were unhappy that the owner had agreed to this marketing deal as it takes their time and they are not getting paid additional.
Not a satisfactory experience. it was clear if you had the card you where being grudged.
Extremely rude staff.
