Cavendish terrible service rude staff

To whom it concerns.

Cavendish Cape union.

i went to return a top, it was the one top out of many items i bought that did not fit me.

it was not worn and was in a bag left at home.

when i had time to return the top on the weekend the manager or a staff member not sure was not happy to take it back, i had the original slips and the tag on the top it was about a week old.
she said that it had hair on but it was not worn from my side.

i have never been treated like such rubbish by a store.
impossible to deal with and rude.
they embarrassed me and made me feel like a fool

i did buy items from canal walk and they where amazing to deal with the best service we have received from a store.

this is the worst customer service, since i even went to the counter the staff where unfriendly.

we are not going to continue to open an account with Cape union and we will not be buying anything again.

we have been good supporters of the brands till today but things need to end.

i would recommend no one to go to this store.
