I Have had a parcel sent to me via SA Post office. It was sent speed service on the 01/03/2013 and today the 07/03/2013 it is still in JHB and has not even been despatched to pretoria yet. I understand there is a strike but contingency plans should have been made. The post office should not allow customers to pay for speed service if they know they can not deliver the correct service. When I phone the call centre the person that answered was rude, screamt at me and told me to Shut up. Really?? When I asked for her name she slamed the phone down in my ear. This is unforgivable!!!
