Very helpful lady who did her best to help me!

I am one of many people frustrated by the post office strike.

So the people I feel most sorry for are the customer support who get the most abuse.

But a lady named Wilma really was helpful on the phone and went the extra mile to help me with all my items still in the post, giving me contact details for the relevant branches etc.

She just had a good attitude and was very helpful and i appreciate it a lot.
