My parcel was sent to me from Cape Town on the 19th of Feb 2013 via Overnight Services. It was received at the JHB Networks branch on the 20th of Feb 2013. Since then NO movement. Phoned (tried) customer service, they just don't answer the phones!!! Hanged on one day for over half an hour. Who is going to pay my phone bill? Send numerous emails, NO REPLIES received! Please I need to know when I will receive my parcel, and I want to know right away. Not over 2 days, NOW. Your URGENT response in this regard will be appreciated seeing that I'm getting overly frustrated with this matter.
