My parcel was sent on the 03/06/2013 from Northam to Roodeport -Weltevreden park (TC166163165ZA)

I have not receive the parcel till todate its just stuck at JHB NETWORKS BRANCH. Will it ever move from there??? I have been using Post Office for the past 3-4 year to send parcels from Jo'burg to the Eastern Cape i have never experienced something like this. Your service used to be so reliable, it will take 3 night to get the parcel.

i am very very disappointed. I lesson learnt.
