I went to VLT Arms on Saturday morning after having phoned them to ensure they have stock of the product I was looking for. I spent 15 minutes standing at the counter with no sales person having spoken a single word to me. No none asked if I had been helped, if I needed any assistance or to indicate that they will assist me once they have finished helping the client they are busy with.
I eventually left the shop without the product (s) I came to purchase.
This is not the first time I've experienced such shocking service from this dealer. It is however the last time, as I will not support a business which delivers such a service and will further not recommend the shop to anyone else.
