I signed up in January. I didn't received any correspondence since except the sign-up notification. I've logged in several times to ensure my details were correct. After a couple of weeks, I contacted the call centre. They said it takes 2 to 4 weeks for a response. Well, this is now more than 4 weeks and still nothing. Is Karebo active in Cape Town? Any information regarding the matter will be appreciated, even if it's just to say that they can't come to my house for whatever reason.
