Worst after sales service

A: Follow-up call after the sale: Told Gareth the fan squeaks between speeds 1 and 3. The wheel balancing on the vehicle was also not done as Gareth confirmed they only did the alignment.
B: 31st of January: Car would not start. They fetched it & the workshop, Jonathan, confirmed it was the alternator. They had no courtesy car & their advice were that I jumpstart the car every time. I suggested they provide me with a battery pack, which they did after I threatened to get a rental through my insurance & having them foot the bill. They cleared this with management.
C: Tuesday the 5th, the car would not start even with the battery pack & Reeds fetched the car, brought me a courtesy car. Reeds said they can take the car on the 13th only and I complained to GM SA. The agent contacted Reeds only to confirm that the management had no idea of anything. Friday the 8th GM called to confirm the car is ready & that they are washing it before delivering. Gareth confirmed & everything was fixed.
D: The fan is still squeaking & the drive is even worse now. This starts at low speeds and when I go 120km/h the whole car is shaking. The vehicle was not washed.
E: None of this is resolved
