Still nothing

It is 5 1/2 months now and I have had no communication from Karebo who installed a geyser timer and energy saving globes in my home. I have had to get an independent electrician out who informed me that there was already a geyser timer in this house when I bought it. It was hidden behind the metal panel of the DB board so I didn't see it, and besides, I am not an electrician so what do I know? How on earth do Karebo's electricians (who I assume are qualified?) just add a timer when they can see there is already one there? No wonder my geyser kept tripping! And the lights in my house still keep blowing fuses since they installed the globes. The electrician I hired told me it would take him a couple of hours and a big bill for me if he is to try and find the fault that Karebo have created. I was told the CEO would be dealing with my problem personally but he has done absolutely nothing! Not a call; not an emaIl; only weak replies to my hellopeter complaints. I am tired of waiting and tired of complaining now. I have contacted the SABS
