I have brought a Skincare products in a kiosk at the Vaalmall centre in Vanderbijlpark
On Monday the! 8 February 2013 and Paid for it with a credit card
I realized when I got home that the amount was far more that I have thought at that time (R4600.00 and R15600.00) for 6 jars skincare and half of it was "free" and "retail prizes
And was not happy with the purchase
I immediately went back to the kiosk and tried to return the good to cancel the buy
Which they refused
I talked to my husband and he said to go to my bank and tried to stop the payment which the lady did

I then went back to the kiosk and told the lady Shirnan that. After a while she took back the goods and said that they do not take back goods. I then reasoned with her and left without the goods
Unfortunately I did not ask for a invoice for the goods
I then went to my bank branch in Sasolburg and ask for information She referred me to the despute Centrum where Chris took down the information and gave me Ref no
