We purchased goods from [URL Removed] on the 26th April 2013 from a lady called Tersh Gulston who Advertised on OLX this was the Friday afternoon which we especially arranged as Tersh who normally does the sales on Saturdays.
We (myself, hubby and my brother Jason) went the Friday Afternoon to have a look at the goods and yes was happy with what we saw or what was shown to us we then decided on a 8 pice bedroom suite and a shay chair which amounted to R10000.00 and paid the amount in full.
We then asked her if the goods would be wrapped before loading onto the truck which she then said no we would have to buy the wrap for R150 which is exactly what I did.
The goods were delivered on Sunday however damaged and no base no feet for the bed and not wrapped in the bubble wrap and we immediately contacted her on which she promised to come out several times however never pitched it has been more than 3 Weeks later we instead arranged to take the goods back this last Saturday and get a refund she refused to open the gates. We just want to give her things back and get a refund.
