All 3 of my UK airmail parcels have not arrived, one from 13 October and 2 from 21 December 2012. Royal Mail did not give tracking numbers. The one is a pair of size 15 shoes from my brother for my birthday. I've never had a problem so no insurnace was necessary until now. Please investigate as I intend sueing to recover costs.
