I am sending this mail to inform you on how I experienced your services.
The fact that my HR department recommend you guys to assist with my UIF claim made me think that you would give excellent service.
To my disappointment, I received the exact opposite.
First of all, the forms that was provided to me by our HR department was according to your company the incorrect and outdated forms. You requested an affidavit for previous companies as well as a whole list of forms to be completed by myself and the doctor and after providing you the copies of my id, my child's birth certificate ext, you kept on asking for the same thing over and over again.
At the end of the day I took 2 hours of my time and went to the UIF department myself to try and sort this out. After a very pleasant experience with the assisting agent from the UIF Offices, my money was paid out within a week. And at the end of the day, the only forms they requested is the ones my company's HR Department provided me with.
I would not recommend your services to anyone, in fact, I will warn people to be very careful when dealing with your company..
