My package picked up by someone else

Not that we can expect much from our postal service anymore but this is just ridiculous. After getting my tracking number and seeing that my package was delivered last week already (02 Dec 2013) to the Ferndale branch and I haven't received my notification yet, I found out my package was picked up by another person who I don't even know.

This person's ID was scanned without even cross checking the name on the parcel. Now someone else has my parcel and it's impossible for the Post Office to assist me. Lost all my respect for them and will never make use of their services again.
