Claim not paid up

One of my beneficiary's passed on and i have claimed my paid up but i have not heard any response or an apology on what is happening on the matter up to now. I took my documents to the office at Hollywood Heights on the 16th of July and i also emailed them. I also faxed my claim form on the26th of July as i was told the claim form i emailed they could not manage to print it.
