I had a parcel delivered from JHB to Port Elizabeth.
On day of delivery i was not at my house and forgot to call Courier Guy early to let them know.
I phones after 10am and they were willing to deliver to Alternate address for me even though it was my fault.
The people i spoke to were very helpful and got back to me very quickly and arranged the drop.
