Speed Services non delivery on time

Hi, I sent of a Speed Services bag on Monday (from Kenilworth Cape Town) for delivery overnight to Ruimsig PO.
No one mentioned the strike to me & the goods are decor items for a brides reception - wedding on Saturday.
Tracking number TC 183 173 070 ZA.
She has been into Ruimsig PO & told don't know when to expect.

It looks like I am now going to have to pay a courier to send a duplicate order to her - are you going to refund me that cost & the cost of getting original order back??
