I have ordered my daughter's varsity books on 10 February 2013. I phoned Kalahari yesterday and explained that she needs the books urgently for a project and tests. To my surprise I got a sms in the afternoon that we can collect it today at the Speed Services Courier counter... but our Post Office is closed due to the Post Office strike. Why is Kalahari sending parcels with Speed Services Couriers when they know they are on a strike??? I will have to buy the books that she cannot wait for any longer at the more expensive shop at the University and will Kalahari refund us?
