I phoned under wraps as i wanted to order a platter as my husbands birthday was coming up. we went through the whole process and i told them the platter i wanted, gave them my cell phone and address and tehy advised that the platter would be delivered in teh afternoon on saturday 12 jan 2013. I then asked for their banking details in order to make payment and send them proof. its at the end of the call that they then tell me that a minimum of 3 platters need to be ordered for delivery. then i said but at the beginning of the conversation i told you that i wanted only 1 platter and you siad that was fine. then i said okay can i come and collect teh platter instead of them delivering it to me and they said the same thing... no only a minimum of 3 platters needed to be made. i just thought to myself what type of nonsense is that where a business is willing to lose money because a person wants to make 1 order. is it not better to take the 1 order and ask teh cleint to collect than to lose a sale after you told the clietn the wrong thing. and not even be apologetic for it. i do not recommend people to order from such a company where good service is clearly not a priority
