My husband and I went to Just Cuban with a groupon voucher. We were supposed to have a choice of variety platters for 2. Upon arrival we asked the waitress to confirm this, which she did after checking wiht the manager. After waiting for 1 hour we were served with a seafood platter and not the meat platter we had ordered!! The waitress said the manager changed our order. We called the manager who denied this, saying the waitress put in the wrong order! we called her and the manager admitted to lying!! My husband is allergic to seafood and could not eat this food!! He then offered us wine which we declined, also to make another platter. we could not wait another hour, so declined. He then offered some extra ribs. We accepted. After all of this our bill was wrong. We were charged for the platter we had allready paid for on groupon and only for 1 drink and not 3! My husband told the manager to really start getting his act together!! Eventually we paid for 1 drink (the manager kindly suggested we only paid for this1) and left a R25 tip for the waitress. we also did not receive plates to eat from, fish knives or water to clean our hands! We had to ask! A very dissappointing place!
