Dissapointing platte

I ordered a half sweet and luxury savoury platter at Zest Restaurant Hotazel only to find that the sweet platter was a total rip off. Nothing that we discussed was on the platter seeing that she told me she will see what she can do about it. So tell me how can you supply a customer with the same thing on one platter isn't there suppose to be a variety even though its not the full platter, but still I should of had a variety of sweet things just priced for half the platter and not a full platter. I phoned the manager she was rude towards me cut me of twice from the phone very unprofessional and didn't wanted to take back the sweet platter and refund me. I was forced to leave or take both platters which I only wanted the savoury one seeing that I was satisfied with the savoury one but already paid and she would not even come to an agreement for me as the customer, and this was not the first time I received bad service from them, another was a cake I ordered and came out a total flop. I'm completed disappointed and disgusted in the service I received today and that from a manager. I must confess I could never recommend anyone to go to their restaurant as the service was horrible!!!
