I went to Pick n Pay in Craighall yesterday (Wednesday) to make an order of 2 platters for Friday midday, the guy that was helping me was just not interested at all. I told him that I need to place an order for Friday and he immediately said its late you must place an order 48hrs before, he said that the platters are not made at their store they made somewhere else and get delivered to their store. he even called his manager on the phone to say that Friday is short notice. I sometimes place order at the HydePark branch a day before and they deliver. I was shocked when i was just been dismissed without any valid reason. the guy need to learn customer service and how to talk to a custome
