As a wedding gift to my brother and his wife, my husband and I decided to book and pay for their Wedding DVD. After contacting Mona Lisa Productions, we booked and paid the 50% deposit required. Elsa, the owner was not available on the required date, but sent one of her ladies to capture the wedding. A month after the wedding I contacted Mona Lisa to enquire about when the DVD's will be ready, only then was I told that the lady who did the capturing on the wedding date, no longer worked there. Very unprofessional if you ask me, as they could've at least contacted us to inform us of this. Now, after two months of waiting, I Spoke to Elaine Strauss, and was told with a real "No Care Attitude" that the DVD is ready but they accidently wiped the last memory card, thus the last 10% of the footage is no longer available. This being all the speeches (incl. the Groom Speech), the opening dance, the throw of the Garter as well as the Bouquet. Moments and memories, lost forever. Received the dvd and the quality is very bad. Made no effort with the dvd cover, just an A4 piece of paper with a pathetic little black and white picture slapped in the corner. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
