I had to receive a parcel via Speed Services Couriers today 13/02. At approx 8:30 this morning i had to attend to an emergency and had to request a (now) useless person @0860023133 to add a comment and to let the delivery guy know to deliver it 3 houses down the street as someone will wait for the parcel as i have to leave for an emergency. Today i get home only to find a sticker to my gate saying there was nobody here, with a number on the sticker of the delivery guy. happened to adding the stupid comment. At 17:05 i called the SSC call centre to confirm the notice of 3 houses down the street and would you know it... NO COMMENT added. is the use of paying door-to-door delivery if you can't execute a simple instruction... useless just like the rest of other south african companies that is ran by...
