Yesterday 07/08/2013 I sent a parcel from Post Office Booysens TC196928171ZA to be delivered at N231 Undiyazana Groove, Kwamashu. This morning 9 am called the Speed Services Helpline 0860023133 was informed by Maliqhwa that they dont deliver in a township however the parcel may be collected at 10:30am at the Kwamashu post office and I will be refunded for the door services. When my sister got there to collect her Matric dance she was told to go to the P.O DBN CBD - so I called the helpline again spoke to Lebo and made to hold for 30mins to be told the driver was lost and should be there again at 12:30pm, already my baby sister is in snot and tears with puffy eyes and I paid for a Spa yesterday for a facial to make sure she looks like a princess today. When I demanded to speak to the manager - put through to Memeng who just made an apology which wont remove the puffy eyes on my baby sisters eyes and pleaded that I dont report them on Hello Peter.
I am so not pleased with the service that I received from the Post Office at all. They apology can never erase the pain and suffering, my sister has red puffy eyes from crying and mum who has a blood pressure condition.
