I want these re connection/admin fees reversed, if i do not get any joy, i'm taking this matter to the Ombudsman. Everyone i know who lives in my complex is complaining about you us charging us crazy amounts on a monthly basis. I will be logging this complaint in all platforms... ie social media and i will make sure that someone listens to me since your lady there at your offices said i must go ahead and do so.
You've been frauding people for far too long... I will not pay for your negligence. The person who was supposed to update your records with the correct reference no didn't do on time, now i must pay for someone not doing their job, hardy, not me!!!
