Crazy service fees that i did not agree to

I do not have the time to come to your bank during office hours and stand in a long queue, just to be sent to another queue. Why am I being charged R9, 35 per debit order every month? That's crazy! You are ripping me off. I will be going to Nedbank where I do not get charged exorbitant amounts to make transactions. I did not agree to these fees at all. The package I took with you says in the brochure that I get free debit orders and transactions. I want all of these breach of contract fees refunded to me please. According to your regulators, you have 30 days to comply until I hand this over to them and you get fined a really big embarrassing fine that will be made public by the media.
