Work without pay

I Phindile Priscilla Nkabinde I've worked from Dec 2012 until 25 Jan 2013, no Salary have been paid out and I called time without number but still empty promises. Had to go to the bank to get bank statement to prove that no salary was paid to me. No one from the company even bothers to call me and let me know when will I be paid. This is so unfair that I will work and not be paid.
