I have been employed by HR services on call in Northcliff. This is the third incident whereby the expected date of salary (last day of the month) goes by without being paid. December 2012 while everyone was enjoying Christmas i wasn't paid and couldn't get hold of anyone at the agency until the company reopened 2013, Jan 2nd. This was without any notice. End of May 2013 without any notice or phone call to let me know there is a problem the same thing happened. Some debit orders returned unpaid and when i notified the agency i was told not to load debit orders on my account and i just left it at that. This month end of July 2013, expecting my salary to reflect theres nothing. When i contact the company I'm told the lady is on holiday and only authorized my salary on the 30th so i have to wait a few days, this is after she sent me 2 emails last week saying the salary will be paid in on the 30th. This is unacceptable and to me it seems they don't really care about others and their responsibilities. This has caused unnecessary bank charges that will be deducted because of unpaid debit orders. This is money that was worked for, I'm not borrowing the money from the agency.
